Lab To Field is the first start-up created from AgroSup Dijon, National Superior Institute of Agronomic Sciences, Food and the Environment. Within this French academic institution, research on horse digestion and evaluation of energy expenditure is carried out since the 90’s.
The research unit “Food and Microbiological Processes” is under the joint management of AgroSup Dijon and the University of Burgundy. This research team includes a hundred of researchers, and in particular the team specialized on equine digestive microbiota since 2016.
Since 2015, Lab To Field is a member of the competitiveness cluster Vitagora, dedicated to the thematic: “Taste – Nutrition – Health” and located both in the French regions Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Ile-de-France.
