The Equine Science Society Symposium will be held from May 30 to June 2, 2017 in Minneapolis (Minnesota, USA). At this occasion, scientists from French teams UMR PAM (Food and Microbiological Processes) and Lab To Field will present recent works:
- Can individual susceptibility to dietary starch be evaluated in blood?
- In vitro impact of two commercially-available complementary feeds on gastric content buffering capacity
- Can fecal parameters easy-to-use in the field reflect hindgut microbiota dysbiosis?
In parallel, Pr Véronique Julliand is invited for a conference on the topic: "The impact of diet on the hindgut microbiome".This communication will be associated with a review in the special issue of Journal of Equine Veterinary Science.
